Jones
Sheri Jones had never sold acrylic in her life. But she
was calling on a large pharmaceutical company, and had
an excellent relationship with a marketing person there.
After stumbling into the buyer's co worker who was looking
for some point-of-purchase displays, she called Taymar
for help. Step by step, we walked Sheri through the process,
which included a number of conference calls with her client
to work out details. The resulting $100,000 order was
enough to make a believer out of Sheri. Since then, she
has focused on point-of-purchase -not only for this customer,
but others too. She earned over $50,000 last year from

Wilson
Bob Wilson is a promotional products distributor on the
east coast. One of his customers is a major credit card
issuer. During a casual conversation, his contact happened
to mention they were having trouble getting some plastic
brochure holders, from overseas, in time for an upcoming
rollout of a new private-label credit-card. Bob remembered
Taymar from a recent show, and contacted us to see if
we could help. We imprinted and shipped enough stock parts
to begin the rollout, built a custom mold, and finished
the order in 8 weeks. Not only did Bob make over $75,000,
but he earned a new level of respect from his customer,
and continues to grow his display business every year. |
Phil
Evans
Phil Evans has been selling this major car rental company
key tags and floor mats for years. While researching a
"platinum program key tag," Phil learned that
the new program would feature in brochures at thousands
of kiosk countertops in airports, hotels, and visitor
centers. They asked him for a copy of the camera-ready
artwork from the key tag for brochure holders. Thinking
quickly, he asked if he could bid on the holders too.
After finding Taymar on ESP, Phil worked with Customer
Service and Design team to develop an "information
center" which holds all of the company's literature
in one organized place. The resulting order was for 3,700
displays at $41.00 each! |
